The Adrem Data Lab is an informatics research group at the Mathematics and Computer Science Department of the University of Antwerp. Their work covers many important facets required to manage, query, interpret and analyse data in all its forms. The team of Kris Laukens focusses on bioanalytical and biomedical pattern discovery and artificial intelligence, data-driven decision support technologies for precision medicine, bioinformatics of microbial systems and infectious diseases, and omics data integration. They founded and coordinate biomina, the biomedical informatics research network Antwerp. Members of this team developed and maintain TCRex, a web tool for the prediction of TCR–epitope binding, that is recognised as an ELIXIR Belgium Node Service.
