Workshops on the fundamental data skills for data-driven research. This workshop is aimed at researchers and graduate students who want to be introduced to the following topics: R for reproducible analysis, introduction to databases and data organisation using spreadsheets. If you have a bit of exposure to R, this workshop is for you, we will use packages from tidyverse like ggplot2 and ddplyr using an ecology dataset.

The workshop is funded by the ELIXIR-Carpentries agreement and organised by ELIXIR Belgium, in cooperation with LifeWatch INBO
