OLIDA (Oligogenic Diseases Database), is a curated  database of oligogenic diseases and the variants in genes that have been published as causing these diseases.

OLIDA is the successor of DIDA, a database that provides detailed information on genetic variants involved in digenic diseases, the simplest form of oligogenic inheritance, with the aim of increasing the data quality, content and accessibility. Hence, OLIDA now allows for storage of information on any type of oligogenic diseases.

OLIDA also has a web interface that allows exploration of the database, introduces an API to allow for machine access of the data, as well as insure data quality with the help of scores for each combination reflecting the amount of evidence supporting them.

OLIDA is under active development at the Interuniversity Institute of Bioinformatics in Brussels (IB)² with new features planned for the future.
