This 1-day course aims to introduce how to use the Galaxy platform using variant discovery as a use-case. The course is organised in the context of the “Connecting ESFRIs project”. Apart from the offered training, phylogenetic analysis tools are made available in Galaxy. Although initially set-up for Botanical Garden researchers, participants from other research institutes are welcome to attend.
